I was really comfortable with the whole process. Yvonne guided me on what to do and how to use the props throughout the session.

What do I have to do? I don't know what to expect?
We understand that the experience may be new to a lot of individuals. From the very first moment you contact us, we will go through all the necessary procedures with you from choosing an outfit to your makeup, the location of the photoshoot and everything else to make sure the session runs smoothly. We are with you every step of the way.
What should I wear?
On booking your session, we will go through all the details of the photoshoot but if you’re struggling on choosing your outfit, we can help you choose your outfit of choice and all the other details for you to get the most amazing results. Don’t worry if you’re not sure what to wear, we are experts on this therefore we will guide you in choosing the best outfit to suit your desired outcome.
Do I need to wear makeup?
This is entirely up to you. Our props makeover usually adds enough detail to create the desired look. Whatever your choice is, we will capture you at your best. Don’t worry, we’ll go through all these details before the photoshoot session. If you are uncertain about how to do your makeup, we work closely with amazing Makeup Artists who are available to help you look your best, details of this service will be discussed.
Cancellation/Refund
Our retainer fee is non refundable however we are entirely flexible with all our bookings. If anything happens to the original booking date to stop you from making your session, we will reschedule another date which is convenient for you. If for any reason, you need to cancel, please give at least 72hours notice. Cancellations will not be possible for notices under three days.
